Position: Boba Barista (Part-Time)
Location: Placerville, CA 95684

Barista Responsibilities:

Craft Delightful Drinks and Snacks: Prepare a variety of boba milk teas, coffees, specialty drinks, and snacks that guests will love.
Guest Service: Provide friendly, upbeat, and personalized service to every guest, ensuring they leave with a smile.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the shop clean, organized, and welcoming for both guests and team members.

Qualifications:

Guest Service Experience: Experience in a guest-focused environment (boba, coffee, or fast-casual industries) is a plus, but not required.
Passion for Boba: A genuine love for boba milk tea and a desire to share that enthusiasm with others.
Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and strong problem-solving skills to handle challenges under pressure.

Pay: $16.50

Expected hours: 5 to 15 (more in the summer)
